The following are features of the DataCrypt online system for Data Resellers. Note: some features require additional monthly maintenance fees.

User Features

1. Flexible Searching: users can easily build out complex, custom search profiles, using searches across multiple vendors and a variety of search criteria.
2. Favorite Search Profiles: once a set of searches and their criteria are selected, they can be saved to the user's account for one-click use.
3. Subsequent Searching: each search result highlights additional criteria that can be clicked and searched
4. Customer Profile: allows customers to manage their own account information: contact, billing and login credentials.
5. Subscription Manager: users can control their method of payment and view a subscription invoice history.
6. Payment Portal: allows users to pre-purchase account credits, securely store credit cards for repeat use, pay invoices, review running balances and payment histories
7. Search History: a searchable index of a user's prior order history
8. Search Tips: informative search tips help the user navigate our system for the best experience and search results
9. Search Results: results can be saved as a PDF, printed and customized with the user's logo and company information

Admin Features

1. Front-End Registration: new users can complete an online application which allows the administrator to quickly manage new user accounts
2. Search Management: you have the ability to pick and choose which searches you offer your users. Select from a variety of vendors, customize search names, descriptions and pricing.
3. Order Reporting: easily search and view all of the orders which are processed by our system. Quick and easy customer service tools allow you to contact the customer or refund the order with a click of a button.
4. User Management: you have the ability to manage all aspects of a user's account. Quickly search users, enable/disable accounts, manage profiles, subscription history, account balances and much more.
5. Per-User Pricing Structures: not every customer has the same requirements or volumes. Our admin allows you to quickly and easily define pricing schedules that can be applied to mutliple user accounts, or each account can be managed individually. Each report can be given special pricing or disabled on a per-user basis.
6. Revenue Reporting: sales, subscription and account funding revenue summaries and details can be retrieved by date range or per user. Breakdown of popular reports and funding amounts are also available.
7. Vendor Management: you decide which vendors you want to include and which of their searches you would like to offer.
8. Delayed Order Queue: this feature allows you to manage orders which are delayed and not instantly delivered to the user.
9. Digital Signatures: for orders requiring additional user approval, our system has an available digital signature tool, eliminating physical paperwork and easing compliance management
10. Affiliates: setup and manage an affiliate sales program for your users
11. Announcements: allows you to post a customized announcment to all user accounts.
12. Release Management: for applications where a digital signature cannot be obtained, our system allows users to upload, email or fax a signed release directly to our system and easily manage their association to a customer/order for simplified compliance management
13. Subscriptions: create and manage monthly subscription fees for your users
14. E-Commerce & PCI Compliance: the DataCrypt system is designed to handle transations through most credit card merchants and pci-compliant credit card information storage, using your exising payment gateways
